At Rapid Intake we want you to be successful and we know that quality support is important in making that happen. That is why we include unlimited support. We have provided numerous ways to find answers to your questions. Try the type of support that will best fit your needs:

  • Tutorials: If you are a new user ready to get started or an experienced user ready try more advanced tasks, our recorded tutorials may be just what you need. We are adding new tutorials every month.
  • Free Training: We provide basic training for those wanting to learn how to best take advantage of our tools. We also provide advnanced training for those that want to become power users. If you prefer hands-on training rather than attending a webinar, simply fly to our headquarters for one of our regularly scheduled training days.
  • Recorded Webinars  If you need to access training immediately and can't wait for the training days, then take a look at our recorded webinars. Click on the Live Webcasts tab and scroll to Webinar Recordings.
  • Documentation: If you prefer well written step-by-step instructions to learn how to do a specific task then you want to pull out the documentation in either electronic or printed format.
  • Forums: Many of our users have become quite experienced with using our tools. In addition Rapid Intake personnel frequently spend time answering forum question. You may find your question already answered or pose a new question.
  • Knowledge Base Articles: Sometimes all you need is a quick answer to a common issue. Check out our knowlege base articles and follow-on comments.
  • Support Requests: Perhaps your issue requires us to do some research or you prefer to have answers come to you by email so you can keep track of them. Submit a request and you soon have a reply from us.
  • Chat Support: Would you like to ask a live support person. Go ahead and try our support chat by clicking the Chat Live With Us picture on this page. 
  • Professional Services: Would you like us to do some customization for you or create a new course style? Our professional services team can handle that. If you are interested submit a support request with a detailed description of what you would like us to do and we will get an estimate back to you.
